Goldberg Defeated Kevin Owens In 21 Seconds To Become New WWE Champion at Fastlane

Goldberg defeats Kevin Ovens

14 Years After Bill Goldberg last WWE Title, Goldberg Destroyed Kevin Owens in just 21 seconds Sunday Night to become the New Universal Champion at Fastlane.

Wrestling Fans of Goldberg entered the match with memories of 84 second beatdown of Brock Lesnar fresh in the mind. And he took just the quarter of that time to beat Kevin Owens. Kevin Owens has held the championship since late August 2016, but has been embroiled in a feud with Chris Jericho over the past month.

After the ring entrance and plenty of stalling, he became distracted by a returning Y2J whose music played out of nowhere. Taking this as an opportunity, Goldberg speared Kevin Owens before hitting him with his Jackhammer finisher to become the New Champion in 21 seconds than it’s taken you to read this article so far.

Goldberg The Champion

Goldberg is 50 year old, and it’s clear that he is unable to compete in long run matches, so it will be very interesting to see how his Wrestlemania match with Brock Lesnar on April 2, at Orlando will proceed.

Will it be another quick victory for Goldberg or Brock Lesnar, or Will they somehow produce a lengthy battle befitting a Wrestlemania classic?
